Forest Gatherings

The Forest Gathering is a gentle, immersive experience where people come together to remember their belonging -- to the land, to each other, and to their own wise hearts. These are seasonal gatherings for healing, reflection, and renewal in community with Nature. Often, the themes move around the concepts of Resistance, Resilience, and Reciprocity.

Drum & Journey Circle

Since 2015, this once-monthly Circle is for anyone with an interest in shamanic drumming and journeying in community. This is a Foundation for Shamanic Studies core shamanism drum circle.

1:1 Energetic Work
In-Person at client's home (local), my "outdoor office" in warmer months, or another location to be determined
$225 for session
My 1:1 energetic work entails finding and intentionally working with openings in your energetic bodies -- core, physical, emotional, dreaming, and contextual -- to facilitate and support your self-healing. I explore deeply to uncover what’s ready to shift and then support your body’s own intelligence to open, soften, and heal. My work is gentle yet powerful, rooted in a simple truth: “A healer is not someone you go to for healing. A healer is someone who reactivates your own capacity to heal yourself.”
Appointments are scheduled for approximately one hour, with actual healing between 20-40 minutes, depending upon what is needed. The initial consultation and aftercare conversation will take up the rest of the hour's time.

Recapitulation Basic Instruction

The heart of my shamanic education in the Maker tradition involves self-healing. The Recapitulation exercise is the way to energetically address and self-heal one's life history. This is an exercise that requires ongoing practice and dedication, but the results are immeasurable to one's self-healing. I am always happy to teach the Recap in-person or online and provide written instructions after... just reach out to me!
1:1 Spiritual Consulting or Mentoring
Online or In-Person (local)
$200 per 60 minute session
I continually work with a rotating limited number of students, seekers, and mentees to address specific skills, topics, general concerns, or questions. Recent topics range from spiritual awakening support, to self-discovery for midlife reinvention, to starting their own community offerings.

With regard to reciprocity, and right-relationship:

Firstly, I feel that reciprocity involves *any* volunteering or personal effort in other helpful endeavors, as well, i.e. any volunteering anywhere counts as reciprocity in my mind.

If you want to help me, specifically, I certainly appreciate help with tear down of events like the Drum & Journey Circle, and, occasionally, I may also ask the community for help.
