1:1 energetic work with Holly

Energy work session will be around 60 minutes in the client's home or an agreed upon location. My 1:1 energetic work entails finding and intentionally working with openings in your energetic bodies -- core, physical, emotional, dreaming, and contextual -- to facilitate and support your self-healing. I explore deeply to uncover what’s ready to shift and then support your body’s own intelligence to open, soften, and heal.  My work is gentle yet powerful, rooted in a simple truth: “A healer is not someone you go to for healing. A healer is someone who reactivates your own capacity to heal yourself.” After booking your appointment, I will contact you to make arrangements for our meeting place & time and to answer any questions you might have.
