For Matters of
LIFE
Drawing on my trainings and certifications in immersive meditation & coaching, forest bathing, and energy work, I guide my clients and groups into the depths of their inner selves to find the answers and clarity needed to create their desired lives.

I provide immersive experiences that deepen one's connection with nature and awaken somatic and spiritual senses through guided forest baths and commutual nature healing.
​
With over a decade of formal training and a few more decades of experience in energy work, I also mentor and teach students about energetic practices and lead a monthly drum & journey circle, as well as help my clients release energy blocks to support their own healing journey.
AND
With my unique blend of training in end-of-life care, a deep shamanic tradition, and a personal practice in Rinzai Zen Buddhism, combined with certifications in lay grief counseling and immersive meditation, I am honored to guide my clients in the process of befriending their own mortality, which, paradoxically, leads them to having a more intentional and fulfilling life.
DEATH
My INELDA end-of-life training, registered nurse experience, and AIHCP-certified lay grief counseling skills prepare me to help my clients confront their own mortality. I accompany them through this profound experience, offering my expertise to provide compassionate support, education, and the space for which to explore their feelings.
